Muritala Adewale Salami (managing partner) is an Accounting Professional with a passion for financial reporting and over 15 years of experience in the financial and consultancy services industry.
A graduate of Accounting from the Federal University of Uyo, he is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation
He has expertise in corporate financial reporting, audit and investigation, taxation, accounting software implementation and financial analysis.

Mobayo, Festus Oloruntobi, FCA, ACTI
Mobayo, Festus Oloruntobi (associate partner) is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with extensive experience spanning audit, taxation, financial advisory, and corporate financial management. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic, Idah, Kogi State, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) as well as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
With over thirteen (13) years of post-qualification experience gained in both professional practice and industry, Mr. Mobayo has built a solid reputation as a highly skilled and result-oriented professional with strong technical expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation, financial reporting, and advisory services.
He possesses over a decade of practical experience in audit, tax consulting, assurance, and financial advisory services, having participated in and led several audit assignments, tax engagements, internal control reviews, financial due diligence exercises, and advisory engagements for clients across diverse sectors of the economy. His professional exposure has equipped him with sound knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation principles, regulatory compliance requirements, risk management, and corporate governance practices.
Over the years, he has demonstrated exceptional competence in providing strategic financial insights, strengthening internal controls, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting organizations in achieving sound financial management and operational efficiency. His industry and professional practice experience positions him as a trusted adviser to businesses seeking sustainable growth, accountability, and financial excellence.

Ajibade John Kayode
Ajibade John Kayode (associate partner) is a seasoned finance and accounting executive with over 10 years of progressive experience across asset management, investment banking, audit, and micro-lending environments. He currently serves as Finance Manager within a diversified financial services group, where he provides strategic financial leadership, strengthens governance frameworks, and supports executive decision-making through robust financial analysis and insights.
He brings deep expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial modelling (FMA), capital structuring, budgeting, regulatory reporting, and performance management. His experience spans the preparation of statutory financial statements, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting, external audit coordination, and the implementation of financial control systems that enhance transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Ajibade has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business intelligence, enabling leadership teams to optimize costs, manage risk, and drive sustainable profitability. He has played a key role in strengthening internal control environments and improving financial governance across multiple business units within regulated financial institutions.
He contributes a balanced perspective of technical financial expertise and strategic oversight. He is actively involved in guiding financial strategy, evaluating investment decisions, monitoring organisational performance, and ensuring adherence to sound corporate governance and regulatory standards.
He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAN – ACA) and holds both a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lagos State University. He is highly proficient in financial systems and analytical tools, including advanced Excel modelling.
Ajibade is recognized for his integrity, analytical depth, and results-driven approach to financial leadership, making him a valuable contributor to board-level governance and strategic oversight within the financial services sector.
ADEOLA GANIYAT A. Bsc.
HR/Audit Manager
ADEOLA GANIYAT A. is an ambitious and detail-oriented accounting professional with practical experience in auditing, taxation, accounting systems, Business advisory and administrative management. She possesses a strong passion for excellence, continuous learning, and professional development, with a career objective focused on contributing effectively to reputable organizations through dedication, integrity, and the application of her acquired knowledge and experience.
She obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos. Prior to this, she earned a National Diploma (ND) in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria In view. Her academic background laid a solid foundation for her growing career in accounting, auditing, and financial administration.
Adeola began building her professional experience through administrative and operational roles. She has worked with and has worked in various organizations. She worked as an Associate Analyst at Peerless Advisory Limited, where she was involved in business advisory, accounting and assurance services, human capital development, consultancy services, and tax planning. Prior to this role, she gained extensive professional exposure at Adeniyi Christopher & Co as an Audit Trainee, participating in statutory and tax audits, preparation of audit working papers, payroll computations, VAT registration and filing, Sage 50 accounting support, and processing of Tax Clearance Certificates for clients.
With a passion for continuous learning, meeting people, and acquiring valuable knowledge, she aspires to build a successful career in management and financial consulting, contributing positively to organizational growth through professionalism, initiative, and integrity
Sunday Adegoke BL, LLB, LLM, ACTI
Legal Adviser
Sunday Adegoke studied Law at the University of Lagos and graduated in 1996. He immediately attended the Nigerian Law School, Lagos and was called to the Bar upon successful completion. He subsequently attended Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife for his master’s degree in law.
He worked as a Corporate Counsel in different financial institutions for over two decades and was Head of Legal of a commercial bank before he left the system.
He currently works as a private Legal Practitioner in Lagos.
